Description
The high-temperature co-fired ceramic heating element is directly printed with resistance paste on the alumina ceramic green body, and then co-fired at a high temperature of 1600 ℃. Then the electrodes and lead wires are processed to produce a new generation of low-temperature heating elements.
Major raw materials
► Substrate: White multi-layer alumina ceramics, -Al2O3 content not less than 95%.
► Lead: 0.5mm nickel wire.
► Casing, Adhesive Paper: Teflon, High Temperature Resistant Adhesive Paper
► Resistance: high temperature materials such as tungsten
► Product thickness: 0.7-2.0 mm. Customizable
► Use voltage: 3.7V, 4.5V, 5V, 7V, 6V, 9V, 12V, 24V, 36V, 110V, 220V, 380V, etc. can be customized.
► Resistance selection: 0.3 ~ 1500 ohms, according to voltage, chip size, power and customer needs.
